Chortle, the UK Comedy Guide are reporting that Comedian Lawry Lewin has landed a part in the two part Doctor Who finale, to be aired over Christmas.

His exact role is being kept a secret, though he will be playing a geeky character, is is claimed he plays a pivotal role in the climactic sequence of events leading to David Tennants departure.
