Yeah, I made it and the font is called Geneva on Windows (and sometimes Mac) I've also seen it with the barest of letter-form variations of weight called "Classical Sans" which I know is available for Mac and maybe available for Windows.
I go both ways, er, computer wise.
I did a Google Image search for the original WWII posters "Keep Calm and Carry On" and just built this on top of one of those. In the originals the Dalek head is a crown. Many joke variations of this have been done over the decades.
