Doctor Who Fourth Doctor Audio Adventures Commence with Tom Baker and Louise Jameson

In his tribute to Elisabeth Sladen, Tom Baker commented that only just last week he had eagerly accepted an offer to work with his former companion Sarah Jane on six Big Finish audios next year.

While Lis Sladen can never be replaced, the Fourth Doctor Adventures will march on with the intended prior release: a series of audio adventures starring the Fourth Doctor and Louise Jameson as Leela.

Recording for this audio series commenced early this morning; the stories will be made available around January of 2012.
"In my twilight years, I am looking forward to a tremendous Big Finish, and the sooner the better."
Louise Jameson also added:
I'm delighted at the possibility of working with Tom again. I've always rated him as a brilliant and unique actor with the most marvellous voice, Big Finish must be over the moon that he has agreed to re-visiting the sci-fi world.
Meanwhile, producer David Richardson confirmed that Season 14's Gothic console room will serve as the audio stories' unseen TARDIS. Complete source credit goes to The Doctor Who News Page.

Is it too soon to say I always liked Louise Jameson better then Lis Sladen? I would have loved to have Lis reunited with Tom but this sounds better.
