Doctor Who to Film in Australia?

Doctor Who Season six had a couple of episodes filmed in the USA, so is it Australia's turn for Series Seven?

TV Tonight are claiming they are "hearing whispers" that the BBC are "considering a move to film multiple episodes in Australia in mid-2012".

Am I convinced? As going there for Australia funded filming will be expensive, so I await conformation before I quote any of this as fact, but you never know, just pray they aren't going near Ramsay Street!
