Karen Gillan made a surprise appearance at the Cannes Film Festival on Thursday. And hubba-hubba!


Not so sure about those shoes, but there's obviously still some Amy in Karen's sense of style. Or perhaps it was always the other way around?


Karen's appearance at Cannes was to start promoting her next planned film "Not Another Happy Ending" in which she will play an eccentric author suffering from writer's block after she finds success with a best-selling novel. A start date for filming on the project or a release date have not been announced yet. I suspect like Carey Mulligan before her she's headed for bigger things on the silver screen.
