If you do not know who he is, you can look up information about him on wikipedia here and TARDIS wiki here but basically, he has been the longest ever editor of the Doctor Who Magazine, and co-wrote the Sarah Jane Adventures Series 4 Finale. He has also contributed to Big Finish Productions and designed some of the Doctor Who DVD covers. He is also one of the writers for RTD's new series Wizards vs Aliens CBBC series.
