Christopher Eccleston, who we all know as the 9th Doctor has been cast to play the villan, Malekith the Accursed, in Thor 2.

Christopher Eccleston has signed an agreement to play the evil antagonist opposite Chris Hemsworth’s Thor in Marvel’s upcoming big screen sequel. Looking into the role of Malekith it appears that Chris will feature heavily in the film.
