What do YOU Want from the New Doctor Who Title Sequence?

We heard the news earlier that the Doctor Who Christmas Special, The Snowman will have a brand new Title Sequence as well as Theme Tune which we believe will lead into every episode next year also.

The only information we have regarding what it looks and sounds like is: "they are wonderfully dramatic and striking with a couple of unexpected touches. In short, they're a perfect way to welcome back the Doctor!" "This new arrangement remains true to the the original, written by Ron Grainer back in 1963", You'll hear it as it's never sounded before. This latest version is more thrilling and powerful but retains that slightly scary quality that remains stirring no matter how many times you catch it."
Key things that come across are the 'couple of unexpected touches.' What could these be? Faces in the titles like the old days? Or a completely new looking format that takes a side step from the vortex footage?

We want you send in your comments on what would be your perfect Title Sequence and Theme Tune. What has been your favourite so far and what Fan made titles have captured the Doctor Who feel? You can comment below or tweet us @Combomblog or @APoliceBox. We will have the best comments next week on Christmas Eve.

Like the idea of it being more powerful but what I'd really would like is the middle 8 restored in the end credits.

I'd like the dum de dum back, no lightening and a mix of Troughton and T Baker style graphics.

A very retro theme, and Tennant-style opening titles...

Electronic Hissing (one of the largely unrecognised reasons why the 60's intro was freakishly powerful) and no infantile lightning/thunder claps.

I want the face back...but...like...it would have to be really well done...like of course the classic ones weren't amazing but they suited back then....I want the face...but that in itself is a thing of getting it right....
also no thunder or lightning...sick of that silly vortex
