On The Jonathan Ross Show, on ITV earlier tonight, it was announced that David Tennant (10th Doctor) and Georgia Moffet (Jenny, from "The Doctor's Daughter") are expecting a second child. It wasn't however confirmed when she is due.
Georgia previously had a child in March 2011 with David, and has also has another child from a previous relationship.
