Doctor Who Regeneration: Animated Tenth Planet clip

There's a shiny new teaser out for the fourth episode of "The Tenth Planet", animated courtesy of the Australian Planet 55 Studios. Not the regeneration clip itself, which has been out for a few months now; this one's from the opening scene of the episode and features some nifty animation, someone pulling a gun on the Doctor, and the entrance of the original, much beloved sing-song Cybermen.

It's part of the Regeneration DVD boxset, a massive six-disc compilation of the regeneration stories for every Doctor. We're sure you can guess them all anyway, but just in case: "The Tenth Planet," "The War Games," "Planet of the Spiders," "Logopolis," "The Caves of Androzani," "Time and the Rani," the Paul McGann movie,  the two-parter "Bad Wolf/The Parting of the Ways", and both episodes of "The End of Time." Interesting that Matt Smith isn't going to be on it, but by then the anniversary year would be nearly over anyway, and then where would we be? The package also comes with a glossy coffee-table book, and you can view a trailer for the boxset proper here.

Here at Combom we'll be writing up reviews of each story every day in preparation for the big DVD release 24th June. If there are no technical hiccups, our first review of the boxset (for "The Tenth Planet," of course) will be up on Monday at midday.
