Peter Davison confirms 50th Annversary Celebration Involvement, but in what?

In what could be considered a follow-up post for speculation from the previous Davison post, where he told us that he had a copy of the 50th's script, Peter Davison has since spoken to BANG Showbiz about his 50th Anniversary involvement:
”I’m making an appearance somewhere over that period of time but I can’t reveal in what. I can’t reveal anything specific about it. I’m not allowed to. It is a big year for the show and we’re all doing our bit for it. Trust me.”
This, however more or less reveals nothing, but rather teases us. We already know that he is going to be involved in some shape or form. Could this be a follow-on from the 'protest'? Or something else? Personally, I find the avoidance of mentioning the 50th special to be a fairly good indicator that, unless they want it to be a massive surprise, he won't be in it. So which of the many other programmes could he be involved in?

I’m assuming Hurt, Smith and Tennant are the main doctors: but some of the others would be good …
