A four-story boxset, as discussed on the Big Finish website here, starring Lisa Bowerman, Sophie Aldred playing Ace, and Sylvester McCoy as the Doctor (so like the New Adventures but new. New new adventures. Or, given that Big Finish already did New Adventures that were adaptations of New Adventures, maybe that should be new new new new adventures...and perhaps we'd better stop before this ends up like a Tenth-Doctor-describing-New Earth-parody). The release date is in June, and Big Finish has released a video trailer and everything. Well, sort of.
There'll be three more of these trailers, apparently; this one must be for James Goss' Dalek story, "The Lights of Skaro", described thusly. "Bernice Summerfield is on Skaro, and she's very much on her own. The
Doctor can't get to her, not this time. All Benny can do is stay alive
for as long as possible. And, in a city full of Daleks, that's not going
to be very long."
The others are as follows: Nev Fountain's "The Revolution" - "On the planet of Arviem 2, Bernice Summerfield has a lot of problems.
Pursued by robots, maniacs and miracles, she has another issue to
contend with. The Doctor's come looking for her – and he's not feeling
Una McCormack's written one called "Good Night, Sweet Ladies". "Bernice has come to the Moon of Adolin on a desperate mission. Instead,
she finds an abandoned labyrinth, two confused survivors, and something
ancient that needs her help."
Finally, one called "Random Ghosts" by Guy Adams: "Welcome to the Forbidden World. This world has a secret. The problem is
that no-one can remember what it is. Time is broken here. Those trapped
here must live the same day over and over – forming alliances, lying to
each other, trying to escape. Welcome to the Forbidden World."
Nicholas Briggs would like everyone to know he thinks the boxset is brilliant.
