im more than happy with 20 (ok the car said 24 when driving yesterday evening, and 26 when parked for an hour), but thats hot enough for me, i dont like the heat :)

Thank you so much for posting this, because i was debating going to the Polaris Convention in Toronto (CANADA) in a couple weeks in costume with a friend, and I now know that I definitely will be... I may be only an amateur with a seamstress, but I think this just might doable... what a sexy and clever idea... :)
