7 years ago today, (at this very time of being posted) Doctor Who returned to our screens officially after nearly 16 years! Chris and Billie took center stage as the 9th Doctor and Rose Tyler.
What a brilliant day this was! Do you have any memories of this day?

Those two were the best. I really miss them.
Yeah, definitely seven years.
I remember being strangely indifferent to the return of the show, somehow believing it wasn't really happening, and only when the theme music began did it hit me. It was finally here! The moment I had spent a good chunk of my childhood dreaming about. Dear Reader, I squeed.
Well I didn't this season till 2008 (on PBS in America) but I did like Chris and Billy quite a lot.
