Today the BBC have released their second prequel for The Day of the Doctor. The story is written by Steven Moffat and depicts the Fall of Arcadia, as mentioned by the Tenth Doctor in Doomsday way back in 2006.
First day on the front line? Time to attach a Headcam for a soldier’s point-of-view. What could possibly go wrong?
The Last Day is available to
buy on iTunes now if you opt for the season pass of anniversary material, which currently costs £14.99. The minisode will later be made available on the DVD release of
The Day of the Doctor, which will be released on 2nd December.

A BBC spokesman told RadioTimes.com
This is an error on the part of iTunes. This should have been free. We’re waiting to hear back from them about how this will be rectified.
iTunes AGAIN? I wish the BBC would stop supporting Apple's rotten service. I've got enough bloatware on my machine without Itunes.
It's also available from the BBC via YouTube for nowt.
IT's actually free on itunes, or at least it is here in the US
It now FREE in the UK!
